S.A.I hospital was started in the year 2005 by Dr. Vijay Kumar Kurukuri an orthopedic surgeon as Subrahmanyam Ananthalaxmi Institute of Orthopedics & Trauma with bed strength of 3. with subsequent expansions, Now the hospital grew into a Multi Speciality Hospital with bed strength of 150. The initial thrust was on introducing joint replacement surgery, Arthroscopic surgery and treating highly complicated trauma in the town of Rajamahendravaram. With steady growth in Department of Orthopedics we started adding up other departments such as critical care, Neurosurgery, Plastic Surgery and now we are standing as a Multispecialty hospital giving secondary and tertiary care serves in this region of Andhrapradesh.
The strongest feature of the hospital has been the blend of service to rural and urban population with no compromise in the quality of treatment. The hospital infrastructure and state of art facilities it is now comparable to any tertiary care centers in the metrocities.
Now the hospital caters around 250 to 300 out patients per day 3600 surgeries every year. The state of art technology equipments have been added continuously with exceptional results spreading our work far and wide. Additional features like CT scan, Ultrasound along with a stand alone laboratory have been added for better patient care.
The consultants in various fields have been performing surgeries remarkably well and are continuously participating in National and International conferences to keep themselves up to date.
Through our program of PATIENT FIRST we seek to measure patient experience and recognize improvement opportunities in the way care is provided to our patients. We continuously work towards making our patient visit/stay in hospital as smooth and pleasant experience.
